Project Business Coordinator II

Data Analyst + Customer Service / Project Business Coordinator
Location: Irving TX / Alpharetta GA / Tampa FL / Rolling Meadows IL (Hybrid 1 day a month in office with flexibility to change varying on business needs)
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
Dealbreaker: Experience in data research/analysis, issue resolution and some customer service.
Required:
- This is a customer service role with some right to represent
- Nice to have Salesforce/ERP or SAP experience but not mandatory.
- This is position revolves around data analysis and customer service.
- Customer experience must.
- No specific industry experience required.
- 5+ Years of experience required.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Resolving Customer issues will be 10 tickets to resolve every day.
- Will be taking help from available information from CRMS like Salesforce, ERP SAP.
- Team Coordination
- Managing accounts however will not act like account manager.
- Calling to customer.
- Managing fleet customer.
