Firstsource Solutions USA, LLC is seeking a bilingual Eligibility Specialist to support hospital patients by reviewing census data and identifying those eligible for State, County, and Federal programs. You will screen referrals, initiate applications at bedside when possible, and guide patients through enrollment with partner agencies. You will document findings on our in-house screening sheet and hospital system, coordinate with the Patient Advocate team, and may perform field visits to assist #J-18808-Ljbffr Firstsource Healthcare
