Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including preparing and managing patient records, charts, and reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate patient care activities, such as scheduling appointments and tests, and communicating with healthcare providers
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
