Restaurant Manager

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000/annually Job Summary: The rainbow cone assistant general manager will work closely with the general manager to achieve all goals of the store. The ideal candidate is a driven, self‐ motivated individual that can perform at the highest of hospitality levels, without compromising the integrity and values of the business, whilst promoting a fun and safe environment and has strong organizational skills with the abilities to follow direction and to lead the hourly team RESPONSIBILITIES: The following list of responsibilities is not intended to be all inclusive, as the assistant general manager is expected to contribute and support the growth of the brand as needed and indicated by the GM. Upholding the company values no matter the circumstances Development of supervisor Hospitality and quality of product Training of all team members Purchasing & Inventory Community engagement and outreach through our social media feedback Venue cleanliness and sanitation Ensure the entire team complies with health regulation and certifications Assist GM with R&M reports of the venue and equipment Enforces policies procedures and controls Conduct Monthly meetings with supervisors to recognize opportunities Constantly engage with guests in the parlor to observe portions and atmosphere PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Excellence‐ Doing what needs to be done as well as it can possibly be done, and bringing your absolute best to work every day Hospitality‐ Doing all that can be done for others in thoughtful ways, and creating memorable moments of hospitality for the guest, team and leaders alike Integrity‐ Doing the right thing, even if no one is looking, and using best judgement to do what is fair and right, even when it may not be in your immediate self‐interest Entrepreneurial Spirit‐ Seeing opportunities other have not but wish they did, and honoring your mistakes as opportunities for growth and humbly sharing your lessons with other to fuel learning and innovation QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent or 1‐3 years of experience in F&B Illinois and city of Chicago manager sanitation license Strong understanding of ice cream cycles and storage Ability to lift 40 lbs comfortably Ability to stand for 8 hours or more #J-18808-Ljbffr
