Construction Procurement Specialist
Twin City Staffing is seeking a construction procurement specialist to join a growing nationwide construction and restoration organization! This fully remote opportunity is perfect for a self-starter with a strong background in estimating, procurement, and vendor compliance who enjoys working cross-functionally with project teams and suppliers.
Wage: $70,000 $77,000/yr. Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Additional Details: Rotating on-call schedule required; travel may be required (including potential hurricane response support)

Duties of the construction procurement specialist:
- Manage subcontractor onboarding and insurance compliance

- Negotiate with suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee nationwide warranty work orders and validate vendor invoices
Requirements of the construction procurement specialist:
- 5+ years of construction purchasing experience
- Background in estimating, procurement, or restoration projects
- Knowledge of remodeling, reconstruction, or insurance-related builds
- Proficiency with MS Office and construction platforms like Procore
