The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer with strong experience in Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) systems to support on-site automation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC programs, ensuring efficient operation of industrial systems, and supporting commissioning activities.What You Will Do:Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Allen-Bradley platforms (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix)Configure and maintain HMI/SCADA systems (FactoryTalk View or equivalent)Perform on-site commissioning, startup, and testing of automation systemsDebug and resolve issues related to PLC logic, I/O systems, and communication networksIntegrate PLCs with field devices such as transmitters, switches, valves, motors, VFDs, and actuatorsWork with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Modbus)Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control system documentationCollaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams over calls, zoom and in-person meetings.Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry's best practicesProvide documentation, including technical reports, program backups, and change logsWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field3+ years of hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programmingStrong knowledge of RSLogix 500 / Studio 5000 (Logix Designer)Experience with HMI/SCADA development (FactoryTalk preferred)Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and control theoryAbility to work on-site independently and handle troubleshooting under pressureTravel to sites and stay to complete the work.Familiarity with industrial networking and system integrationPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Safety PLC systemsPrior experience in industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, or automotiveRockwell Automation certification is additional preferenceKey SkillsPLC Programming (Allen-Bradley)Troubleshooting & DebuggingIndustrial Automation SystemsCommunication ProtocolsElectrical & Controls EngineeringProblem-Solving and Analytical SkillsStrong Communication and Documentation SkillsWork EnvironmentPrimarily on-site work at industrial facilities including plant/factory environmentsMay require travel, extended hours, or weekend work during commissioning phasesPay Range:$70,000 - $90,000Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
