What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with patient intake, including taking medical histories and recording vital signs
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist healthcare providers during procedures
- Manage medical records and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health systems
- Perform venipuncture and other clinical tasks as required
What We Need To See
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting
- Diploma from a medical assistant program accredited by a recognized body
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
- Proficiency in electronic health records, preferably with Epic
- Experience in venipuncture
