Content Design Vice President - Global Mobility

As a Content Design Vice President in Human Resources, you will develop and execute content plans, play a pivotal role in shaping employee experiences through content, lead strategically important initiatives, drive innovative solutions to complex problems and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Leveraging expertise in content design and architecture, you will provide guidance to the Global Mobility team, create engaging, user‑friendly content that effectively communicates complex concepts to a diverse audience, and champion inclusive design to enable a frictionless relocation experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content design strategies for multiple components of a product or a series of small products, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user experience goals.
• Use content models and taxonomies to design, structure and organize digital content that guides employees through the experience and simplifies complex technical concepts.
• Plan and create engaging, user‑friendly content for knowledge articles, emails and web components, adhering to the firm’s standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑product teams to develop consistent voice and narrative structures across products and services.
• Champion inclusive language for a diverse audience, ensuring seamless, positive interactions throughout the customer journey.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in content design, communications, writing, strategy, process, and architecture, focusing on digital products and platforms.
• Ability to design effective content architecture and organize content for enhanced user experience and easy navigation within products or websites.
• Expertise in written and verbal storytelling, crafting clear, engaging content that clarifies complex concepts for diverse audiences, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with project management experience.
• Ability to collaborate with numerous stakeholders, understanding their objectives and developing solutions to meet their needs.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Proficiency in using content management systems.
• Advanced skills in UX writing and information architecture; intermediate ability in adjacent skills such as user research, interaction design and visual design.
• Comfortable and confident when presenting work to cross‑functional partners and explaining decision‑making rationale.
• Experience adhering to and contributing style guidance and design system guidance.
