Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication skills for the upcoming academic year in a dynamic K-12 environment. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated educators while serving a diverse caseload of 75-85 students across two school sites. The assignment begins July 31, 2026 and continues through May 31, 2027, giving you the chance to form lasting connections with students and colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Indiana DOE Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred (may supervise SLPAs)
• Experience or interest in school-based SLP practice with K-12 students
• Comfort working with a varied caseload and engaging with students of all abilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language services as expected in a school setting
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and contribute to IEP development
• May provide supervision and mentorship to SLPAs as needed
• Travel between two nearby school sites as part of weekly schedule
