Responsibilities
- Perform basic and critical respiratory care therapies as ordered and in accordance with department policies.
- Work effectively with minimal supervision and provide supervision over other staff as delegated.
- Deliver respiratory care for adult and geriatric patients, including those with complex respiratory diseases.
- Follow physician orders and current departmental policies across all phases of respiratory therapy.
- Complete documentation, electronic medical records, flow sheets, and charges for each patient in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements
- Current licensure to practice respiratory therapy in California (license requirements taken from job context).
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- Ability to provide respiratory care for adult and geriatric patients per physician orders.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and patient documentation.
