We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to strengthen their inside sales skills, create consistent client opportunities, and grow their real estate business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, relationship building, and turning new inquiries into appointments through consistent communication and follow-up.

You will connect with prospective buyers and sellers through the Zillow Premier program, learning how to understand motivation, identify client needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments. Regular conversations with active prospects will help you improve your phone skills, become more confident handling objections, and learn how to move relationships forward.

Through ongoing coaching and practical experience, you will develop stronger skills in lead management, appointment setting, database organization, and client follow-up. You will learn how to manage a pipeline effectively, prioritize opportunities, and maintain consistent contact with prospective clients throughout their decision-making process.

As your experience grows, you will have the opportunity to expand beyond inside sales and develop the skills needed to build a listing-focused real estate business. The goal is to help you create your own client relationships, generate repeat and referral opportunities, and establish a sustainable long-term career in real estate.

Compensation:

$140,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
• Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data

Qualifications:

• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license

• Real estate license required in order to earn commissions and work with clients
• Must live in area
