Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Per-Diem Overnight Shift Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare | Brooklyn, NY Responsibilities Coordinate resident care through staff scheduling and assignments Provide clinical leadership and supervision during overnight hours Support residents and families with professionalism and compassion Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of resident information Oversee accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote collaboration among interdisciplinary healthcare teams Qualifications Active NYS RN license required Minimum 3 years long-term care experience Strong leadership and team-oriented approach Proficient with EHR and e-prescribing systems Excellent communication skills Basic computer proficiency About Us Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is a 281-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
