Description Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – PRN Concept Rehab is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team on a PRN/as-needed basis in Cedarburg, WI . What You’ll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Help patients improve strength, mobility, cognition, functional skills, and independence with daily activities Follow individualized plans of care and monitor patient progress Communicate with patients, families, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the care team Participate in care plan and interdisciplinary team meetings Provide education and training to patients, families, and facility staff Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Help patients achieve greater independence and quality of life What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Wisconsin OTA license/certification or ability to obtain Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus Why Concept Rehab?
