Job Details Schedule: The shift is scheduled for days, with 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications Valid California Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, valid driver's license & auto insurance, EPIC experience, Oasis experience, and 1 year of clinical experience. Preferred Qualifications Prior community hospital experience, experience with adult and geriatric patient populations, and familiarity with physical therapy interventions for home health. Certifications BLS, valid CA PT license. Additional Information The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 5 visits or points per day within the South Marin county area, including towns such as Sausalito, Tiburon, Belvedere, and Mill Valley. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026, with an orientation of 80 hours. Candidates must complete onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing and provide a 7-year work history verification. References obtained within the last year are required.
