About the Role:
APIS MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC/KEYSTONE RESIDENTIAL LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Leasing Consultant to join our team in Fort Worth, TX! In this role, you'll be the face of our community — connecting prospective residents with their next home and delivering an exceptional leasing experience from first contact to move-in.
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conducting engaging property tours
- Manage the full leasing cycle including applications, approvals, and lease signings
- Follow up with leads and prospects via phone, email, and in-person to drive occupancy
- Maintain accurate resident and prospect records in property management software
- Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives
- Support marketing efforts including social media, signage, and outreach programs
- Ensure the leasing office and model units are show-ready at all times
- Minimum of 3 years of prior leasing and customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar) a plus
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed leasing targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
