Brown University Health (Rhode Island Hospital, The Miriam Hospital, and Newport Hospital - affiliated hospitals of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University) is seeking a clinical or counseling psychologist to join our Geriatric Psychiatry Program team. The Geriatric Psychiatry Program helps individuals in the later years of their life who are struggling with psychiatric illness live more productive lives by providing comprehensive and age-appropriate psychiatric services. The licensed psychologist will provide clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, including intake evaluations and individual psychotherapy, to older adults with a range of mental health conditions. The psychologist may also have the opportunity to be involved in training and/or supervision of psychology or medical residents or fellows affiliated with the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. A clinical faculty appointment may be available for a candidate who meets the criteria.
