Sales/Service Manager – Pest USAPest USA is a family-owned and operated pest and termite control company, proudly serving customers since 1971. With a strong commitment to customer service and continued market expansion, we are seeking a driven Sales/Service Manager to lead growth and operations in the local market.Position SummaryThe Sales/Service Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards. This hands-on leadership role combines sales, team management, and field service, requiring a leader who can both close business and actively support daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new residential and commercial accounts through prospecting, networking, and referralsMeet and exceed sales goals while driving overall branch growthManage, train, and motivate a team of service techniciansPerform pest control services regularly while leading by example in the fieldOversee daily operations, routing, and service qualityBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunitiesEnsure compliance with company standards, state regulations, and safety protocolsHandle customer concerns and ensure timely resolutionManage fleet, service agreements, and required reportingQualificationsProven sales experience with a track record of closing new businessStrong leadership and team development skillsPest control or home services experience preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to obtain and maintain required licensesWillingness to work evenings and weekends as neededAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasksWhat We OfferCompetitive base pay plus performance-based incentivesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offCompany vehicle, gas card, and phoneClear path for career advancement within a growing companyAll offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.
