Requirements:

• OH License
• 2 years experience
• Experience with end of life care/hospice
• Must have excellent communication skills-complex medical oncology population
• Interpretation of cardiac arrhythmias
• ONC
• AHA BLS
• ACLS preferred
• Step-down experience highly preferred
