Senior Staff Electrical Engineers

Responsibilities Architect and design a high‑throughput wireless system for the company’s device to interface directly with computers. Develop and complete detailed, hands‑on schematic and layout work. Develop characterization tests to ensure device components are safe, effective, and secure. Oversee the overall integration of company systems—hardware, firmware, and software—to ensure the device system works seamlessly, consistently, and safely. Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior engineers and contract designers. Qualifications Minimum master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. At least 10 years of hands‑on experience as an electrical engineer working on medical devices. Demonstrated ability designing, characterizing, and testing wireless analog, digital, and radio‑frequency systems for medical devices that have low power requirements and are volume constrained (10+ years of experience). Demonstrated ability creating and executing product development roadmaps for complex medical devices, including overseeing other team members’ work (2+ years of experience). Demonstrated ability creating design documentation that complies with Quality Management Systems under ISO 13485 (2+ years of experience). Demonstrated ability programming FPGAs using VHDL (2+ years of experience).
