Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional follow-up and support.
• Conduct personalized, needs-based reviews to educate customers on their insurance options and ensure they have the coverage they need.
• Proactively generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs, effectively marketing our diverse range of products and services.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
