Schedule: Patient ratio 5-6:1; rapid admission unit with faster patient turnover than traditional medical-surgical units

• Work in a dynamic rapid admission unit with general medical and pre-surgical patients
• Diverse case mix including medical admissions and surgical patients awaiting procedures
• Fast-paced environment with higher patient turnover providing varied clinical experience
• Opportunity to work independently with strong communication and critical thinking
• Manageable patient ratios in a telemetry-monitored setting

• Current RN license in good standing (Nursys verification required)
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical-surgical or telemetry specialty
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Complete work history/resume with no gaps exceeding 60 days
• Skills checklist, professional references, and current certification cards
