Located in Bloomington, IN

• Perform basic routine inspection and testing of electronic devices
• Run diagnostic tests using software or hardware-based diagnostic tools
• Clean and packaging of electronic devices
• Visual inspection for overall condition of devices, looking for damage and checking component parts
• Meet production goals for both quality and quantity rates
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to flex into different job roles as needed (inspection, testing, warehouse, etc.)
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel experience preferred
• Forklift training/experience a plus
• Ability to cycle count, read invoices, and process inventory preferred

• Inspect and test electronic devices using diagnostic software/tools
• Perform visual checks for damage or defects
• Clean and package electronic devices for shipment
• Open boxes, verify paperwork, and affix barcode labels
• Enter product information into computer systems and generate sales/put away orders
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product identification
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
• Research discrepancies and report corrections
• Meet production and quality goals consistently
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and professionalism

• Ability to stand and/or sit for 8+ hours per day (depending on the day/assignment)
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs in some assignments)
• General warehouse and/or production environment with moderate noise levels
• Manual dexterity for handling small parts, tools, and computer input
• Ability to work overtime as needed
