Job Description Job Description InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients private homes & community pools all within your location & surrounding cities! We supply the clients, you set the schedule! With the ability to choose what clients to work with and to get paid within a 24 hour period after each lesson, there's really no better choice out there! Swim Instructor Responsibilities Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons. Schedule swim lessons with flexibility. Travel safely to and from clients pool locations. Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style. Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs. Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients. Ensure safety of the student at all times. Quick Start : Can begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview (based on onboarding). Required Qualifications At least 2 years of swim instruction experience. Must be 18 years of age or older CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain). Reliable transportation. Swim instruction equipment if need be. Must be based in the US and have US work authorization. A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults. Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans. Clear a background check. Compensation Earn $40-$70 per 1 Hour lesson.
