Experienced CNA / Concierge Caregiver – Part-TimeLocation: Highlands Ranch, Colorado Position Type: Part-Time / PRN Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experienceAbout the PositionInterim HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a specialized part-time support role.This position is ideal for a CNA who is looking for more than a traditional facility assignment and has experience providing personalized, one-on-one and concierge-level care.We’re looking for someone who is confident, caring, flexible, and enjoys getting to know their clients. If you're the type of CNA who goes the extra mile and takes pride in making someone feel comfortable and cared for, we'd love to meet you!What You’ll DoProvide compassionate, professional one-on-one care to clients in their homes, and other approved settingsAssist with new client openings and first shifts, helping ensure clients and families feel comfortable and supportedProvide care for clients recovering from surgery or other medical proceduresSupport 24-hour and extended-care assignmentsAssist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily livingProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, and errands as appropriate to the client's care planAssist with client transportation or pick-up when assignedMonitor and report changes in the client's conditionTake and document vital signs and other required care informationMaintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plansCommunicate effectively with managementStep in for open shifts or call-offs when coverage is unavailableMaintain a professional, dependable, and client-focused approach at all timesWork closely with the CNA Scheduler to help maintain continuity of care and provide additional field supportThis Position Is a Great Fit If You:Are an experienced CNA who is confident working independentlyHave home healthcare, private-duty, or one-on-one caregiving experienceHave experience with post-surgical clients or higher-needs clientsAre comfortable providing care outside of a traditional facility settingHave strong communication and customer-service skillsAre dependable and able to respond to occasional last-minute staffing needsCan remain calm and professional in changing situationsTake pride in providing exceptional care—not just completing a task listCNA RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentActive Nursing Assistant Certification in ColoradoMinimum of 1 year CNA experienceCPR certificationKnowledge of applicable state and federal healthcare laws and regulationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned clientsPrevious home healthcare, private-duty, or concierge care experience is preferredWhy This Position Is DifferentThis is a part-time support position designed for an experienced CNA who wants variety, flexibility, and a higher level of responsibility.You may be the person we call when a new client is starting services, a client needs additional support after surgery, a 24-hour assignment requires experienced coverage, or an unexpected staffing need arises.You will work closely with our CNA Scheduler and care coordination team and become a trusted part of the field team.
