Responsibilities Managing client insurance accounts and update information. Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes, updates and payments. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Previous experience in insurance preferred.
