responsibilities:

Act as the single point of contact for the utility service provider and facilitate weekly design, site, and progress meetings with Energy, DCD, DCE, and AHJ teams.
Manage budgets, track purchase orders (reporting remaining funds at 80%), establish cost estimates, and fully execute change orders prior to initiating new work.
Maintain detailed project schedules, monitor critical path activities, and verify the on-track/on-site delivery of Long Lead Equipment (LLE) to proactively mitigate delays.
Lead weekly site walks with photo documentation, verify substation civil work meets precise utility specifications, and immediately report quality concerns to Energy PMs.
Coordinate engineering drawings using AutoCAD/BIM360, secure formal approvals via Adobe Sign or DocuSign, and maintain rigorous records per document control protocols.
