You will:Drive Clinical Excellence: Manage patient care plans, oversee medication administration, and ensure all documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy.Lead & Mentor: Supervise and inspire your nursing team (LPNs and CNAs), fostering a culture of accountability and compassion.Ensure Compliance: Maintain a "survey-ready" unit by adhering to New York State Department of Health (DOH) regulations and HIPAA standards.Coordinate Care: Oversee admissions, discharge planning, and family communications to ensure a seamless resident experience.Optimize Operations: Utilize EMR systems to track resident progress and manage unit staffing to ensure optimal care delivery.What You Bring to the TeamLicense: Active New York State RN License (Required).LTC Expertise: A deep understanding of Long-Term Care regulations and geriatric nursing.Leadership Experience: Proven success in a supervisory role (Unit Manager, ADON, or Charge Nurse).Clinical Skills: Proficiency in EMR documentation, infection control, and care planning (Dementia and Memory Care experience is a plus).The Right Mindset: A collaborative spirit and the ability to solve problems calmly in a fast-paced environment.Ready to lead a team that makes a difference every single day?
