What You'll Do Review and process windshield repair and replacement claims accurately and within established timelines. Guide customers through the claims process, explaining coverage and next steps clearly. Coordinate with repair facilities to schedule, track, and ensure completion of repair appointments. Maintain accurate documentation and records for all claims and customer interactions. Respond to customer inquiries, provide claim status updates, and resolve issues promptly. Partner with repair facilities to ensure high-quality, timely service delivery. Monitor claim progress to ensure compliance with company policies and a positive customer experience. Resolve claim-related disputes while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction. Identify and onboard new repair facilities as needed. Support additional duties and projects as assigned. Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems and technologies. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in claims processing or customer service. Bilingual capabilities. Knowledge of automotive repair processes or insurance/claims handling.
