At Home - 4601 South 27th Street - Responsibilities: Support visual merchandising in designated zones and maintain visual standards according to company guidelines.; Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, and product assortment changes within zones to drive sales.; Manage freight processes and ensure proper stocking, end caps, and cleanliness in the zone.; Provide coaching and training to store team members on visual priorities and customer experience.
