Our campus is a sanctuary where students and staff can connect with nature.Our campus includes:Onsite housing provided.Free daily meals.Transportation assistance.A collaborative and supportive team environment and more.What you will do:Lead Clinician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating clinical services, training new clinicians, and supervising the clinical staff. Provides individual, family, and group therapy as indicated by program needs. Ensures all Mental Health Emergency Protocol steps/interventions are implemented accordingly. Conducts regular audits of documentation and assessments by Clinicians. Contact with services and external providers. Lead Clinician is part of multi-disciplinary team meetings to implement behavior plans or other goals to meet student needs as necessary.
