Full Time Merchandise Associate

Role Overview: Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing by associates, and fostering a positive customer experience. Supervises merchandise receiving, tagging, hanging, and organization Trains and mentors team members on merchandising and processing procedures Maintains store cleanliness, organization, and signage standards Ensures compliance with safety, recycling, and hazardous waste policies Monitors team productivity, provides coaching, and prioritizes tasks Communicates effectively with management and associates on progress and priorities Supports store shrink reduction and promotes credit and loyalty programs Partners on associate training needs and promotes a safe environment Upholds organizational standards and adheres to policies and labor laws Qualifications & Skills: Must have 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, respond to change, and work cooperatively in a team.
