What You'll Do

• Assess and evaluate patients independently in outpatient settings, including ortho, balance, deconditioned, and pain management cases
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and regulatory standards
• Gather relevant data from charts and coordinate with physicians and care team members
• Recognize additional patient needs during evaluations and exercise good judgment in testing and intervention decisions
• Monitor and reassess patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on equipment use and therapy goals
• Document treatment activities and outcomes accurately and timely

What You Need

• Hold a current TX (or compact) Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Prior outpatient therapy experience highly preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines
