The selected candidate will be an integral member of our Sales team, offering support and commercial solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence by supporting our sales staff, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The selected candidate will have a proven track record in sales coordination, a strong analytical mindset, project management skills, and the ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments. We’re looking for a motivated individual to contribute to the growing global success of our company.Roles and Responsibilities:Provides Inside Sales Support for the Sales TeamCreates and Manages Distribution Quotes in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SystemPartners with Engineering, Operations, and Vendor teams to develop cost estimatesManages all new and existing Sales Orders by communication with Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely deliveryDevelops standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensures they are being followed for Quote and Opportunity logging into the CRMManages and directs all Customer Service-related requests for Open Sales OrdersCompletes daily tasks as assigned by management or sales teamHelps drive results by keeping projects on track (e.g., work with Sales, Operations and vendors to ensure timely delivery of material)Facilitates meetings as needed with management and the sales team regarding projectsReports project status and updates to sales team and management on a regular basisSeeks training from within the Group and our key suppliers/partners to assist in better understanding our products and servicesResponds in a timely manner to requests for quotes, technical service, field support or any other technical or commercial support that may be required by our clients or our colleaguesPrepares all requested paperwork in a timely manner, which includes but is not limited to specification and project tracking, sales call reports when requested, and all other documents that may be requested by the Sales Manager or VP of the Crane Runway GroupWorks closely with the Sales Manager and Vice President of the Crane Runway Group to evaluate Inventory Levels based on Quote Activities, Orders, and other metrics within our evolving reporting systemExpands industry knowledge by studying new product descriptions, customer businesses, and market trends and participating in educational opportunitiesDevelops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, generating leads, building rapport, providing technical information, etc.Maintains relationships with customers and works to improve themComplies with all Company Protocol when representing Atlantic TrackMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED, TASC, HiSET, etc.)Ability to work at heights to evaluate a client’s crane systemAbility to work while exposed to the elements or hazards present at customer sitesAbility to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as steel toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and hearing protectionAbility to work on-site in Leesport, PennsylvaniaPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business CentralIndustrial and/or manufacturing sales experienceAtlantic Track offers a holistic benefits package, including competitive pay, 401k plan with company matching funds, health / dental / vision insurance options, life insurance, paid time off, an employee shared ownership plan, and more.
