Tax Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Tax Manager as they expand their practice into the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Position details as follows: CPA is required. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business. MTAX is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience at the Manager level. Prepare and perform Technical Reviews of Federal & State Tax returns for S and C Corps, Partnerships and Individuals. Experience working with High Net Worth Individuals & their related businesses. Experience with international tax documentation, foreign tax credits, deemed dividends & transfer pricing. Supervise and develop tax staff. Tax research and IRS/State tax issue resolution. Business development skills are a plus. Must be proficient with tax software. This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of the firm's growth. This position has the potential to develop into the managing partner of this new office.
