Team Lead – Franklin, Indiana We are hiring a Team Lead in Franklin, Indiana. The position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics. Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles and methods. Assist in orienting employees and provide necessary information, technology, and tools to perform their jobs. Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading. Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required Valid forklift operator's license certified Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective leadership skills Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Performs work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills Proactively approaches responsibilities Maintains composure under pressure Works using health and safety methods Bilingual (for Québec locations only) Important Note Some positions require additional screening: employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check; road test; and/or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
