Back Scrum Master Project Management/PMO Support Ashburn , VA Sep 25, 2026 Scrum Master Remote Blu Omega is seeking a Scrum Master to support the BAH/DMAC Program. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile development practices within a federal healthcare project environment. Program Overview Supporting critical public health information technology modernization efforts through Agile methodologies. Key Details Location: Remote (preferably Atlanta, GA or the Washington, DC / Maryland / Virginia area) Clearance / Suitability: Public Trust eligibility required Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and road mapping sessions. Coach and support development teams in applying Scrum and Agile practices to meet sprint goals and Program Increment Objectives. Track team progress, identify and remove impediments, and address risks impacting delivery. Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA to manage sprints, backlogs, and monitor progress. Drive process improvements by analyzing team performance and strengthening Agile practices. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams. Experience with Agile project management tools like JIRA and Confluence. Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and release planning. Knowledge of COTS software development and delivery processes. Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Bachelor's degree. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident. Salary Range Salary Range: $70,000 - $118,000 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
