Supply Chain AnalystLocation: Southeast Dallas Schedule: Full-Time | 100% On-Site Compensation: $61,000 - $72,000 + Benefits Type: Direct Hire - W2We are supporting a growing logistics, distribution, and supply chain organization seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join its operations team in Mesquite.This position will focus on analyzing operational data, developing dashboards and reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights that improve supply chain performance. The analyst will work closely with operations, inventory, and leadership teams to support forecasting, inventory optimization, labor planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementDevelop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting using business intelligence toolsCreate reports related to inventory performance, order fulfillment, productivity, service levels, and forecastingUtilize SQL and Excel to extract, organize, and analyze large datasetsSupport demand planning, inventory optimization, and cost reduction initiativesPartner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational visibilityAssist leadership with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and decision supportEnsure data integrity and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, business analytics, or a similar analytical roleStrong proficiency with Microsoft ExcelExperience using SQL for data extraction and analysisExperience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platformsUnderstanding of forecasting, inventory management, KPI reporting, and data visualizationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsBenefits Include:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysTuition Assistance / Reimbursement ProgramsCareer Growth Opportunities within a large and expanding organization
