The role partners with leadership to scale culture, manage performance cycles, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Administer end-to-end HR programs including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and compensation cycles Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues, provide coaching, and ensure fair policy application Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate people analytics reports to inform talent strategy Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations across remote work locations Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives alongside employee engagement programs Manage benefits administration and act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries What We Are Looking For 3-5 years of HR generalist or people operations experience in a fast-paced technology or startup environment Working knowledge of US employment law, payroll processing, and benefits administration Proficiency with modern HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Greenhouse) High emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Bonus: SHRM-CP or PHR certification and experience scaling remote-first teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
