Enterprise Program Leader, Diagnostic Solutions (Remote, USA)

Enterprise Program Leader role at Danaher responsible for guiding strategic diagnostic initiatives with key clients. Position requires senior leadership to ensure customer adoption, value realization, and account health across Danaher's operating companies using the Danaher Business System framework.
Responsibilities
- Serve as executive interface for strategic client accounts, aligning Danaher strategy with customer priorities through integrated roadmaps
- Lead post-signature value realization and long-term partnership health for strategic accounts across all operating companies
- Conduct executive governance, steering committees, and bi-annual business reviews using dashboards and performance metrics
- Collaborate on strategic asset management plans, capital planning, and ROI analyses with clients
- Lead change management and adoption initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks to ensure compliant technology deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution; MBA strongly preferred
- 20+ years progressive leadership in enterprise strategy, complex programs, or senior commercial roles in healthcare/diagnostics
- Proven ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated multi-company solutions
- Credibility as trusted advisor to C-suite executives with executive review leadership experience
- Deep fluency with Danaher Business System and structured problem-solving methodology
- Strong financial acumen in capital planning, ROI analysis, and governance
- Demonstrated success leading complex change initiatives with executive presence
