Elim Wellspring, a Cassia community, is hiring a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team. Position type: Full-time, benefits eligible position

Shifts available: Nights NOC 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Wage range: $27.58 - $30.58 per hour based on experience Bonus: $5,000 Location: 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and nursing aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
