About the Role
The Company is seeking an IT Business Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Office of the CIO, driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and governance maturity across the IT Division. This position is ideal for an individual with a proactive approach, fresh thinking, and creativity, who can shape and influence the delivery of IT business management. Key responsibilities include coordinating IT governance activities, tracking and reporting on KPIs, producing executive-level management information, and providing business management support to IT leadership. The role also involves driving consistency in departmental reporting, planning, and business management practices, as well as managing the business continuity plan for the Office of the CIO. Applicants for the IT Business Manager role at the company should possess exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence skills. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of governance frameworks, process lifecycles, and internal standards, particularly within the banking sector. A degree in a relevant field is desirable, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in IT business management, IT governance, program management, or service management is essential.
