Diversified Sourcing Solutions is currently hiring General Laborers for busy manufacturing and production facilities in the Houston area.

We have opportunities for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and hot production environment. These positions involve packaging, production line work, palletizing, and general warehouse duties.

Multiple shifts may be available, including 1st shift, 2nd shift, 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekend/part-time opportunities.

Job Duties

• Working on a fast-moving production or conveyor line
• Packaging bottles, plastic products, cleaning supplies, and other finished products
• Packing products into boxes for shipment
• Assembling and preparing boxes
• Inspecting products and packaging for quality
• Palletizing, stacking, and preparing finished goods for shipment
• Lifting and moving boxes or materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Repeatedly standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
• Keeping up with production line speed and daily production goals
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Following all safety procedures, production guidelines, and supervisor instructions
• Working as part of a team in a high-energy manufacturing environment
• Performing other general labor, warehouse, and production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and stack materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Manufacturing, production, packing, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required

Required PPE

Employees must be prepared to wear required PPE while working in the facility, including:

• Steel-toe boots
• Safety vest

Pay & Opportunity

• Pay: $12.00+ per hour, some positions require overtime
• Temporary and Temp-to-Hire opportunities available
• Overtime may be available or required based on production needs
• Multiple shift options may be available, including:
  • 1st Shift
  • 2nd Shift
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Weekend shifts
  • Part-time opportunities

**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 5 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
