Job Description We are seeking a QA Analyst II to join our team. The candidate will execute and improve test processes, collaborate with engineering and QA leads, and support the delivery of high-quality features. The candidate will operate independently, contribute to test strategy, and take ownership of execution within defined scopes. Responsibilities: Execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features. Reproduce, document, and triage bugs and partner with engineering to drive resolution. Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans. Support QA leads in test strategy and test plan creation. Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress. Conduct Product Audits with QA lead guidance to analyze and improve QA test coverage. Conduct Bug Audits with QA lead guidance to analyze and identify product areas for improvement. Provide release readiness support for medium and small features. Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features. Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads. Work onsite as needed to collaborate with engineering and QA teams. Support stealth projects that require diligence in execution. Support safety and model testing, including scenarios that may expose testers to unsafe content. Run and lead innovative testing techniques such as benchmarking and battery testing. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proven experience writing and executing test cases and test plans. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics. Comfort working onsite and engaging with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Preferred Skills: Experience with test automation and code reading. Exposure to benchmarking and performance testing. Familiarity with AI agents or AI tools to support QA workflows.
