Branch Manager

Responsibilities Create an outstanding environment where employees are motivated and community impact is made. Lead by example and empower the team to offer loan products that meet customer needs. Coach and train the team to achieve financial goals responsibly. Build a customer‑focused branch, ensuring all loan options are presented for review. Manage collection activities, consulting with customers on past‑due loan payments. Attract and develop high‑quality, diverse talent. Provide actionable feedback and empower career growth for team members. Drive branch performance while maintaining compliance with all policies and laws. Use strategic thinking to prioritize and resolve issues quickly and consistently. Travel locally for business development purposes. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Leadership experience coaching and leading a team. Proven track record of meeting sales goals. Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date (where required). Preferred: College degree or experience in underwriting, credit decision, or related finance industry. Location On site – local travel required for business development.
