Field Engineer

Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking a Field Engineer to work on our water and wastewater infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on self‑performed concrete work, site work, and underground utility installation. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience helping manage field crews. All local work (no travel). Assist with project mobilization and site setup. Support job site cleanliness and safety initiatives. Help monitor quality control and maintain as‑built drawings. Assist in field coordination of subcontractors. Receive and inventory materials. Track timekeeping for hourly personnel. Support the generation, processing and tracking of RFI’s and submittals. Assist with management of hourly personnel, including carpenters, foreman and laborers. Participate in the SOS (Safety Observations System) program. Demonstrate basic constructability knowledge, including construction terminology and plan reading. Help maintain SWPPP inspections documentation. Qualifications 1+ years of experience as a Field Engineer or Project Engineer in water, wastewater, and civil utility construction.
