Real Estate Sales Specialist
A growing real estate investment company is seeking a Real Estate Sales Specialist to join its fast-paced, high-energy team. This position will focus on marketing and selling off-market real estate opportunities to a network of real estate investors, builders, and developers.
The ideal candidate is competitive, confident on the phone, relationship-driven, and motivated by closing deals. This is an opportunity to build strong industry relationships, negotiate transactions, and contribute directly to company growth.
Compensation & Benefits
$35,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities
Market and sell off-market properties to real estate investors, builders, and developers.
Build and maintain strong buyer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Create urgency around available investment opportunities and drive transactions toward closing.
Negotiate favorable terms while maximizing profitability for both the company and its clients.
Prepare and present compelling property listings and sales presentations.
Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities and strategies for expanding market reach.
Maintain accurate client databases and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable presenting property opportunities and sales pitches to prospective buyers.
Ability to conduct market research and stay current on real estate industry trends.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic Computer Skills and CRM experience
Experience managing client information and maintaining accurate databases.
Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of individual sales objectives.
