Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license to practice in New York.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary of USD 401,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes full medical coverage, retirement plans with company matching, mileage reimbursement, and the option for pay on demand. Employees working 30 hours per week or more are eligible for the full benefits package. We also offer paid time off, holiday pay, and a quarterly productivity bonus system.
