Call Center Representative

Supporting Medicaid members in South Carolina, the full-time hourly Call Center Representative will manage inquiries, provide product information, and assist with Medicaid applications in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Respond to Medicaid member inquiries using a computerized system, adhering to standard scripts and procedures Gather information, assess caller needs, and document calls while resolving inquiries effectively Advocate for Medicaid members by providing clear information regarding eligibility and application status Required qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED Minimum of 1-year call center experience in telephone customer service or related field Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a service skills assessment and internet speed test Computer literacy and proficiency in using multiple programs Willingness to learn and resolve customer inquiries effectively
