Division Order Analyst

We are a privately owned company focused on buying and selling oil and gas mineral and royalty interests, raising and maintaining investor funds, and passively and actively operating multiple investments. The company has successfully raised three investment funds—two in oil and gas and one in real estate—and operates across multiple industries. Role Description This is a full-time (30+ hours per week) or part-time (15–30 hours per week) on-site role for a Division Order Analyst/Land Tech located in Midland. Process division orders. Verify interests and other land‑related items. Communicate with operators. Address discrepancies. Verify and submit AFEs. Qualifications 1+ years in a Division Order Analyst or Land Tech role, or similar. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Detail‑oriented with a self‑starter/self‑motivated attitude and the ability to work independently. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism and accuracy. Bonus Qualifications & Benefits Experience handling multiple entities and owners.
