Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations and identify potential risks.
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans and obtain informed consent.
• Administer various anesthesia techniques, including general, regional, local, and sedation, and perform nerve blocks.
• Induce, monitor, and adjust anesthesia during procedures; manage difficult airways and RSI.
• Provide post-anesthesia care, ensuring safe recovery and pain management.
• Respond to emergencies, including airway management and resuscitation efforts.
• Educate patients and families about anesthesia, risks, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless perioperative care.
• Participate in teaching and mentoring students and new staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure and CRNA certification required.
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
